proyectoamil is pleased to invite you to the exhibition HACIENDO CONTEXTO VI. Organized by Martin Gustavsson and Rodrigo Gómez Olivos, the show will present the results of the contemporary art laboratory in Lima that took place initially virtually and then in person.
For the sixth edition of HACIENDO CONTEXTO we ventured to rethink some more traditional artistic proposals, their modes of operation and the value given by the change of contexts, using as a metaphor the anthropomorphic action in which objects become sculptures.
The title of this sixth edition of the laboratory is The Rebellion of Objects. From the Huaca de la Luna mural in Trujillo comes a message about objects that metamorphose and rebel against humanity. The mural, covered by the desert sands protecting it for years, shows us how technology develops autonomy and acts against its creators.

proyectoamil se complace en invitarlo a la exhibición HACIENDO CONTEXTO VI. Organizada por Martin Gustavsson y Rodrigo Gómez Olivos, la exposición presentará los resultados del laboratorio de arte contemporáneo en Lima que tuvo lugar inicialmente de manera virtual y luego presencial.
Para la sexta edición de HACIENDO CONTEXTO nos aventuramos a repensar algunas propuestas artísticas más tradicionales, sus modos de funcionamiento y el valor dado por el cambio de contextos, utilizando como metáfora la acción antropomórfica en la que los objetos se convierten en esculturas.
El título de esta sexta edición del laboratorio es La rebelión de los objetos. Desde el mural de la Huaca de la Luna en Trujillo nos llega un mensaje sobre objetos que se metamorfosean y rebelan contra la humanidad. El mural, cubierto por las arenas del desierto protegiéndolo durante años, nos muestra como la tecnología desarrolla autonomía y actúa contra sus creadores.
